Hosted public site

Publish a branded public site for your changelog, roadmap, feedback, and help center at your-brand.releaseo.io.

The hosted public site is a branded, customer-facing site that Releaseo hosts for you. It puts your changelog, roadmap, feedback board, and help center on a public web address so visitors can read updates, follow your roadmap, and send feedback — without you running any infrastructure.

Your web address

Each workspace gets a hosted subdomain on Releaseo:

your-brand.releaseo.io

The address is provisioned for you when you turn the public site on — there is no DNS to manage.

What you can publish

The public site mirrors the surfaces you already manage in the dashboard. Turn the ones you want on or off:

SectionWhat visitors see
ChangelogYour published release notes and announcements.
RoadmapPlanned, in-progress, and shipped work in customer-facing columns.
FeedbackA board where visitors can submit and follow feature requests.
Help centerYour published help articles.

Templates

Choose from ready-made, responsive layout templates and apply one with a single click. Each template restyles the whole site while keeping your content and section order intact.

Theming and branding

Match the site to your brand:

  • Brand colors (primary and accent)
  • Light, dark, or system theme
  • Font pairing
  • Logo, favicon, and cover image
  • Social links

SEO

Control how the site appears in search and when shared:

  • Title template and meta description
  • Social share image and handle
  • Indexing preference (public or no-index)

Subscribers

Visitors can sign up to follow your updates, and you can review your subscriber list from the dashboard.

Moderation

Feedback and comments submitted from the public site land in a moderation queue, so you review them before they appear.

Draft and publish

Edits are saved to a draft first. Preview the result, then publish when you are ready — the live site updates only when you publish.

Set it up

  1. Open the dashboard and go to Settings → Public Site.
  2. Turn the public site on to provision your your-brand.releaseo.io address.
  3. Pick a template, set your branding, and choose which sections to show.
  4. Preview the draft, then publish.
